This shark attack video is nuts!

And this guy (Al McGlashan) is pretty lucky that this big Mako Shark didn’t come after him as he jumped in the water to get some footage of the Marlin they just caught.

Fishing for billfish is an enormous challenge… a lot has to go right to even hook into one of these amazing fish.

And a lot can go wrong quickly at any time during the battle when fighting one of these amazingly fast fish that often take to the air. This is especially true when a billfish of any kind goes on a jumping tirade near the boat as we’ve seen previously in these videos:

This latest video shows a lively sailfish that invited itself inside the boat surprising all anglers on board…

Fortunately, the brave mate reacted quickly and wrestled it down before it hurt anybody.

P.S. – To see just how powerful the sailfish’s thrashing truly was, just watch what happens to the rod in the corner holder.

That’s no typo folks.

These people released 197 Sailfish in 4 days. They even landed (and released) a Blue Marlin during their 4-day fish-fest just to spice things up a bit…

So where did all of this sailfish madness take place?

It was down in the sailfish mecca known as Los Suenos, Costa Rica… and the people in the video are the Tambass Charters team, along with the crew of Fish Tank.

According to the group, they had multiple double sailfish hook-ups, a triple sailfish hookup, and even a 5 banger hookup! That is crazy!

Who’s coming with me to Los Suenos to fish with the “Fish Tank?

Luiza Barros and Captain Jimmy Nelson of Extreme Fishing Adventures know how to catch some fish!

We have been watching them fish for quite some time, and they never have a dull moment in their great fishing videos.

In this video, Luiza brings out her magical “Hot Pink” Yo-Zuri Crystal 3D Minnow (you can buy it here on Amazon), and lands a nice Kingfish on it.

And don’t think for a second that this is the first fish that she has caught on this pink lure!

From watching Luiza and Jimmy in other videos, we know that not only is this not the first kingfish she has fooled with this pink Yo-Zuri minnow, she has caught numerous fish all over the world with this hot pink lure.

Men, is this a sign that it’s time to get a little more hot pink in your tackle boxes?

Personally, I am glad I have two daughters… worst case if someone ever spots a hot pink lure in my tackle box in the future, I can blame it on my girls…

Great kingfish Luiza and Jimmy!

Ever since we had the pleasure of interviewing Darcizzle (from Darcizzle Offshore – you can watch the interview here), we have kept a close eye on the big things she is doing out in the fishing world.

In particular, her burning desire to open up new doors for women in fishing, to get more young girls out on the water, and to make sure that all of the women know that fishing isn’t just a “Man’s Sport”.

Well after you see Darcizzle captain a boat, help a mate land a nice shark, and even land a beautiful sailfish herself in the video below, we think that you will become a fan of Darcizzle as well.

If you still need more proof, here is another great video we featured from Darcizzle called “The Darcizzle Snook-a-Thon” (watch it here).

Enjoy!

One of our most VIRAL fishing videos this year was called “Diver Gets Run Over By Tuna In Unbelievable Feeding Frenzy” (you can watch it here).

In that video, we were able to witness the most insane tuna feeding frenzy that we have ever seen… and it came out of Panama, one of the best places in the world to fish.

Well, today we found a tuna feeding frenzy that was just as wild as the that one (although they didn’t have a guy like Mr. Slater to jump in the water with a camera like the other video had).

But they did manage to get right in the middle of the tuna frenzy, so close in fact that the first mate is scooping up the same bait (goggle eyes and blue runners) that the tuna are crushing.

Amazing footage from Captain Shane Jarvis of Panama.

Note from Capt. Shane: These are 50-100 pound yellowfin Tuna

Apparently sea lions are the jesters of the sea…

It wasn’t all that long ago when we showed the sea lion “punking” the angler at the dock by coming out of nowhere and ripping the Mahi from the guy’s hands while he was taking a picture with his prized fish (see that video here).

And now in this video, a sea lion near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico has found a great way to get a free meal…

I can only assume that chasing down a boat, hijacking it from the back, and coming in for dinner beats chasing down a fast moving fish.

Not to mention, he is now a YouTube sensation.

Enjoy this amazing sea lion steals fish video!

These underwater dredge cameras are so cool!

It is amazing to see what kind of fish are coming up right under your boat while you troll. Pretty wild stuff.

In this video, I was in awe at how many tuna were coming up to check out the boat and the dredge.

And just when I thought the video was over (around the 3-minute mark), the boat cranks back up and some nice white marlin start coming up to the dredge!

White Marlin Bonus!

Enjoy, and don’t forget to “SHARE” with your fishing friends. POW!

It’s not every day that you get to see hundreds of tuna attacking a bait ball right in front of you.

And let’s face it, it’s not every day that you happen to have a brave cameraman with a professional underwater camera ready on your boat when you come across an unbelievable tuna feeding frenzy like this. But thankfully the stars aligned on this day for this boat as we all get to watch this amazing footage.

Watch as countless Tuna and dolphin go ballistic on a bait ball in Panama.

The crazy diver dodges tuna bullets while the bait hovers around him for safety. At one point, he is literally getting run over by the tuna (wait until you see his underwater footage at the end).

But my only problem with this video: Why is no one fishing the entire time!

P.S. – Please SHARE if you found this video below amazing! Pa-POW!
