Graphic Designer Needed For A FUN & Fast-Growing Fishing Company

Who are we?

Salt Strong is the largest and fastest-growing saltwater fishing club in America. We help saltwater anglers catch more fish (in less time) and save money on their fishing tackle.

And we’re looking for a graphic designer who, above all, is reliable, has amazing graphic design skills, and has an excellent work ethic. This involves being hard-working, patient, knowledgeable, and flexible.

Main Responsibility:

• Works closely with the Marketing and IT Team to create and implement projects by designing, creating, and executing assets for traditional and digital marketing materials
• Mediums include but are not limited to: HTML email newsletters, landing pages, Social Media Imagery (Instagram, Facebook, etc), website graphics, direct mail, decal designs, logos, print, and banner ads.
• Research, find relevant stock photos, and offer relevant ideas & suggestions during the project cycle, including brainstorming sessions
• Employ user-centered design techniques and best design practices to promote a positive online user experience
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve site usability, design, and overall organizational & structural quality

Qualifications:

• The model candidate should have at least three (3) years of professional graphic design experience geared toward web (landing pages, email templates, website layouts, responsive web, banners)
• Candidates must reside in the U.S. and be immediately available to work in a  full-time permanent position.
• Good grasp of typography
• Mobile UI/UX design experience a huge plus
• Has read over the Salt Strong Mission and fully agrees with our Values and Mission statement (you can see them all here)

Location & Hours:

• This position is remote 
• The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
