We are looking to hire a Full Time Customer Service Associate!

Main Responsibilities:

• Customer service:Respond to incoming emails and phone calls from our members and customers
• Actively communicate with our Insider members to ensure all inquiries are addressed quickly
• Maintain and update reports for the department
• Facilitate new customer onboarding process for our members (learn the systems and help new clients access their online products and receive their products)
• Computer skills, Google (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets), Email and Microsoft Excel skills required

Location, Hours & Salary:

• This position is fully remote salary position with competitive pay
• This is a full time position. Monday – Friday 8am-5pm – nights/weekends can be negotiated
