Return Policy:

  • Your Salt Strong gear purchases are protected by a 100% money back guarantee covering the price you paid for the product for a period of 30 days from the date of your original purchase… obviously, it must still be in as-sold condition to qualify.
  • You must notify our support department via an online return request form submission, an e-mail or call (contact info is shown below) within 30 days from your original purchase date. Once complete, you’ll receive directions on where to send your return item.
  • You have Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund. Any refund requests received after the Thirty (30) Day time limit will not be recognized.
  • Once a return item is received, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card or mailed in check form to the billing name and address.

Exchange Policy:

  • Once an exchange item is received, the exchange process will take no more than 30 days. Upon receipt of gear, you’ll be provided with a list of available options to choose from to complete the exchange to your satisfaction.
