Quick question. I’m slowly converting to using a popping cork and want to know if I am using 10lb. braid what lb. mono should I use between the braid and cork? I am using 20lb fluorocarbon for the leader to the hook.
Great question Tom! I typically go with 10lb stronger than the leader line for that segment to make sure that it’s not the weak point in the line assembly. So it your case, I’d go with a 30 lb line (mono or fluoro).
