Paid for 1 yr, received multiple “Magic Link” that would not work at all…. finally got one that took me into the “Customer Hub” that only allows me to view my invoice under payment history and the subscription tab shows active. There is no link for the app and no password to log into any site. Have tried multiple time to reset password and do not get anything.
The easiest way to login is to find the Welcome email that our system sent to you when you signed up because it has an auto-login link in it which automatically logs you in by clicking/tapping on it.
To log in manually without knowing your password, just use the email as your username, and then use the Forgot Password sequence to get it set up.

I paid the membership can not get logged in how do I do so

Hey Anton, did you receive the Welcome email? I see that our system send it to you at 7:39 on 4-13-22.
Note: It may have ended up in your Spam/Junk folder, so be sure to check there if you haven’t yet done so.
Once you get that email, all you have to do is click the login link and you’ll be logged into your account.
