If you ever doubted how fast a Mako Shark, check out this video…

You will see where Dr. Guy Harvey was moving along pretty fast with dredge as they were coasting just south of Cancun, Mexico on a Mako Shark tag trip…when all of a sudden an ever faster moving Mako Shark makes some quick moves to chomp down on the camera.

Just imagine how quicker that Mako could have attacked something not moving…

And holy geez did you see the teeth on that Mako!

Amazing footage Guy Harvey team!

And pretty amazing fish.

Mako Shark = Salt Strong

This was actual footage from yours truly (Joe Simonds)

We didn’t set out to film dolphins by any means that day.

In fact, we shooting some footage for one of Luke’s private online fishing courses, and all of a sudden I hear some wild splashing about 30 yards away.

Fortunately I had the camera running, and I was able to catch a single porpoise going to town on a small pod of mullet.

Needless to say, the porpoise won that battle…

In this awesome video on how to catch a Goliath Grouper, Captain Ben Chancey and Joshua Jorgensen take out Johan Ruhe for a fun and intense day of fishing for monster Goliath Grouper and a few sharks.

I don’t recall ever seeing a fishing hole with so many active Goliath Grouper right off the boat.

If you stick around towards the end of the video, the gang tells you exactly what gear, hooks, line, etc. that they use to catch these Goliath Grouper.

You will even get to see Captain Ben Chancey of Chew of This go “Man Style” with no harness as he teaches all of the girly-men how to catch a Goliath Grouper.
