Relief Band

Do you struggle with seasickness? Or is there that one person you always want to join you on the water but nausea keeps them on land? What about car sickness, motion sickness, nausea, etc? Well, as any fisherman who experiences this less-than-ideal ailment probably knows by now, there are a ton of pharmaceuticals out there claiming to help. But, some people don’t respond well to these medications or others just prefer a drug-free alternative which is why Relief Band was invented. Many of our staff personally use the relief band whether they are on the boat or in the car for a road trip. When asking everyone’s thoughts on whether we should try and get relief band on board, we were met with a resounding “YES!”.

Insiders now save 35% off Relief Band’s products (excluding the premier model).

Check out more on Relief Band’s story:

In 1990, Stanford physical therapist, Larry Bertolucci, invented the first non-invasive, anti-nausea wearable device using neuromodulation. Using the same technology, the patented and clinically proven Reliefband® device was released for clinical use and more than 150 hospitals started using this drug- and side-effect-free nausea solution.

In 2015, Reliefband® became widely available to consumers through our first over-the-counter product, Reliefband® Classic. Since that time, we have continued to innovate, expanding our product assortment to include several new SKUs that aim to meet the lifestyle needs of consumers, all using the same safe, reliable, and patented technology.

I have not tried this product and am willing to give it a try. I seem to experience seasickness when I have not been out for a while. And in a few cases, the feeling didn’t pass, and I was miserable; I couldn’t wait to get back in. Hopefully this will help. Thanks for sharing.

Has anyone tried the relief band? I have yet to get my sea legs and my fishing buddies make fun of me quite often. Dramamine rarely works for me. The patches work but I have to get my doctor to prescribe me some every time I run out.

Yes , I bought a couple 2 years ago and they worked great for a while , they would cut out. now neither turns on. I have tried new batteries. I did not like the seal on the battery tray.

I have both the premier, which I use often when offshore and the 50Hr for taking others on the water. Make sure you pack your gel for conductivity of electric diode to transfer vibration to calm your vargus nerve, and be 3 fingers up the wrist, on dry skin w/o gel it gives lil aid to nausea. It has the ability to settle vomiting if applied correctly mid motion. Laying on the floor and piece of ginger candy will aid, at least freshen breathe. I’ve been out in Ocean many times 4- 10′ swells along with cigarette smoke will make me call Earl. So I spent extra on premier to enjoy a trip, however most of the time forget to pack it. It has also assisted after many surgeries, since I’m nausea allergic to many anesthesia meds.

I bought one of these for my son, who is prone to getting sick on a boat. Not only will this help prevent his sickness, but will also help him feel better if he puts it on after starting to feel sick. It does work.
