Introducing The “AI Game Plan” System [Beta Testers Needed]

I’m excited to announce the latest addition to the Smart Fishing Spots platform that’ll help you catch more fish with less effort.

This feature involves merging the Smart Spot regions on the map with tips on how to fish each one with the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The value it provides is detailed guidance on exactly how to fish any of the highlighted spots including best times to fish it, what lures to use, and other helpful guidance.

Here’s a video showing how it works:

This feature is still new, so please know that the output you get may not be entirely correct.

But in case you’d like to be a beta tester, we went ahead and took it live on the platform for you to access.

Beta Tester Process (Insiders Only)

If you’d like to be a beta tester, here are steps to take:

  1. Go to Smart Fishing Spots and check a couple spots you are familiar with
  2. Read the guidance from the AI Game Plan report
  3. Let us know if you see anything that is not correct by sending an email to feedback@saltstrong.com

If you do not want to be a beta tester, then no action needed at all… we’ll be fine tuning this AI Game Plan system over the next few months for it to get better and better at giving us helpful fish catching details.

This is an awesome idea. Since much of the information is based on tides, you might want to make consider an addition to the software. As you can see in the comments, the tides are off in some areas.

in NC, we have long stretches of ICW between inlets. In many cases, the tidal difference from the inlet (nearest tide station) can be from 4 1/2 hours on the ICW to completely opposite from the inlet tide station back in the creeks.

An addition would be to have an option to put in a known tide difference for your area. It would not only readjust the AI generated game plan, but readjust the smart spot Key colors.

The next thing will be to get members to share tidal differences at known spots. Maybe store the manually entered differences for spots and use them.

I just watched the video on the AI and checked one of my favorite spots. It brought up the info you talked about. That is very cool. I bet the fish are getting nervous. Hopefully they don’t move just knowing we are planning a trip tomorrow.🤣🤣🤣

I tried AI out a few days ago and the tide schedule was totally off.

Great addition. A huge help to us who can only get out from time to time. Thanks 🎣

What an innovative team coming up with some really out of this world stuff. This is truly something. What an App. Man o Man! The poor fish aren’t going to have a chance. The good thing is that some of those fish are smarter than us and we’re mostly catch and release.

Looks good but I had to chuckle at the spelling in your post of Artificial Intelegence
