Yes, it’s tough to move around during low tide.
But it does make a few things simpler for you.
Low tide forces fish into deeper pockets and holes.
Also, most of the structure like rocks or piles of debris are exposed during low tide.
Any of these exposed structures will retain heat during the wintertime.
When the tide fills back in, that is where the fish are going to hold.
So you have a jumpstart on knowing where the structure is when that tide rolls back in.

Yea Matt I know what you mean low tide can and will concentrate the fish in the holes and cuts and troughs but for me because I fish in a skiff getting to those areas can be very difficult one can easily become stranded I have had that happen plenty of times especially if one becomes distracted and doesn’t pay close attention to the tides movements in fact mon I was planning on going and the area I was going to go to millcove here in jax fl gets very shallow at low tide and I have gotten stranded here plenty of times but I know this area like the back of my hand been fishing it since March of 03 so it will be 21years this match but I saw Luke do an article on fishing bridges with the prawn jr and was going to try it on the damespoint on the very last and very first of tge outgoing then the incoming tide otherwise it gets really ripping on the last of either of those tides anyways thanks for the info and all you do😄👍
