The ONE Redfish Pattern That Works in Every State

You’re chasing redfish…

And every shoreline starts to look the same.

Grass.

Open lanes.

Random pockets.

But here’s the deal…

There’s one pattern that works just about anywhere redfish roam.

Texas…

Florida…

Louisiana…

Even the Carolinas.

And if you know what to look for…

You can find fish fast… even in water you’ve never seen before.

Watch below to see exactly how to find and fish these redfish zones

Key Takeaways:

  • Redfish follow predictable feeding patterns across all regions
  • Marsh drains act like a conveyor belt of food
  • The last part of an outgoing tide is often the best window
  • Starting too close can push fish out before you ever cast
  • Simple lure choices and retrieves get the job done

Final Thoughts

Redfish aren’t random.

They’re predictable… if you know what to look for.

And this is one of those patterns you can lean on…

Just about anywhere they swim.

Nice Pat, thanks. This reminded me of my experience fishing a ‘drain’ like that right after getting my new kayak. I threw to the left side and kept pulling in nice sized trout – about 8 or 9. When I cast to the right side I caught about 4 or 5 nice Redfish – all from sitting in one spot at the drain. Eventually the tide went slack, and the bite just flat out stopped. Good time for lunch. Thanks again for the reminder.
