If you’re still fishing winter spots, you’re probably missing out on the best redfish action of the season.
Get the ULTIMATE SPRING LURE BUNDLE here
In this video, I’ll cover the three key zones you need to be fishing this spring and why redfish are there.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
- The types of spots holding redfish so you don’t waste time in unproductive water
- How redfish move in spring so you can predict where they’ll be next
- How redfish position in each area and the best ways to catch them
The Lures You Need for Spring Redfish
Spring fishing means changing conditions, shifting bait patterns, and active redfish on the move. The lures you use need to match these changes—and that’s exactly why we put together the Ultimate Spring Bundle.
This bundle includes the best spring redfish lures, including:
- Paddletails to mimic the seasonal baitfish hatch
- Suspending twitch baits to trigger strikes when fish are staging
- Jerk baits for covering water fast when fish are active
- Shrimp imitations for when a late cold front slows the bite
These are the same lures mentioned in the video—the ones that actually work when redfish are feeding in spring. Skip the guesswork and grab the bundle now.
Normally, buying these top spring lures individually would cost you over $46. But we’ve bundled them all together for under $40—and if you’re an Insider Member, it’s just $31.58!

Great video, very useful. A question that is not Redfish specific. When fishing an oyster bed that has water flowing over it, from wind or current, are fish more likely to be on the upwind side or the downwind side?
Thanks
Thanks, Pat. I found a spot that is absolutely stacked with redfish, but I couldn’t get them to bite. I’m going to put this info to use and head back there to see if I can land a few.
You can’t beat a nice grass flat with potholes, depth and structure nearby. Great video!
It’s amazing at how consistent those potholes can be! Thanks for watching!
Great lesson! We have lots of grass lines in my area so this really helps.
Grass lines are some of my favorite places to catch them! Hope this video helps!
