As you know, we took the direct hit of the eye here in Pirate Harbor, Punta Gorda. As all of the water was sucked out and the fish with it I’m hoping that Saltstrong, will have information about the changes to our fishing waters. I’m concerned about the future of Tarpon and Snook as the juveniles were sucked out of the mangrove ecosystem. When we get our boats repaired and replaced, we have no idea what to expect. I even found dead juveniles in my yard when the water receded. I’m sure you will have information going forward. I’m glad that you’re good and looking forward to seeing your information on Charlotte Harbor.

Thanks to you and your staff for doing this.there is a long road to recovery but it will happen and be stronger than ever. Living on the gulf coast near Houston hurricanes are a fear you live with every year. Hope all goes well for you and your neighbors.

Got mine Joe!!! Thanks for everything y’all do! I am so proud to be a member of this amazing club! I just want to issue a challenge to all Salt Strong members to up your ante and buy one of these shirts, it’s literally the cost of 1 or 2 lures and the profits go to those affected by the hurricane. I’ve never lived permanently near hurricane areas, visit as often as possible though, but do live in the Great Smoky Mountains and our area suffered a lot of great loss due to fires in the past and it was from the luv and support from all over the country that we rebounded and all is better. So please brothers and sisters, find it in your heart to buy a t-shirt and support those in need. Prayers to all affected and God bless!!!
