great video.occassionally i’ll cast behind the boat.i think the boat and it’s shadow spook the bait and that triggers strikes.glad i found you guys!
On the hair thing I don’t have any hair on my head per say been half since the new millennium began but to me if I did being old fashioned I would keep it short to me man buenas you call it or pony tails are for woman and girls only and unless you want to look quite gay I wouldn’t advise it plus the heat in Florida especially where you guys are at in south Florida who wants something that adds extra discomfort from the relentless heat but why listen to an old fashioned ex navy baby boomer I’m just to old fashioned and don’t really fit in to the new millennium way of life where computers rein and if your not with it your simply left behind but to me that’s alright anyway because the majority of the time I fish and do things alone just the way I like it works for me😉

One more comment about the rod. The name is important needs to convey a strong image, “Fish Strong” is good the image of great fish to be caught. “Salt Strong” is a community of like minded fishing “family”. Both names are good, Just what image do you want. My custom rods are “League Rods” my “sales pitch is “Be extraordinary fish a League Rod and join the “League of Extraordinary Fishermen”. The rods were labeled, … first line League Rods.. second line angler’s name, member.. third line “League of Extraordinary Fishermen”

Luke, New York, Rochester! That’s close to my home, we’ll sort of close. I lived next to Lake Erie 23 miles southwest of Buffalo. Rochester was 1.5 hrs away, close enough to have realities there. You were in a great area for fishing… Lake Ontario, finger lakes, the Great Lakes tributaries for steelhead, and of course Lake Erie for the best smallmouth fishing in North America, walleye too. The four seasons are beautiful, but I have experienced them long enough so making Florida my new home had opened a whole new fishing world. Lovin’ it!
How cool that you lived up in the Great Lakes zone too! Sure was a fun experience for me to experience such drastic seasonal changes.
