Powerful Leadership Example Joseph! We all should strive to treat our neighbor with kindness and respect. Some people feel that treating people with kindness is a sign of weakness. Conversely, treating people with kindness is a sign of strength and confidence in one’s self. As you have shared in you stories… a kind of word or gesture can have a positive impact on another’s life and hopefully motivate them to treat other’s with kindness.
Words of encouragement and moral righteousness from parents is priceless… regardless of the age of children.
