Want to know a simple way to sabotage your dreams?
Just say, “I can’t…”
Yep, that simple, yet incredibly powerful phrase packs a punch with your brain and subconscious to the point it can actually start working against you!
If you’re anything like me, the last thing you need is your own mind betting against you reaching your goals and dream.
I’ve watched this with my own kids and recently watched my own wife not be able to see something right in front of her face because she kept saying, “I can’t see it.”
It’s scary powerful (not in a good way).
So make a pact with yourself and your family to eliminate “I can’t” from your speech.
Enjoy this episode and let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

You have my word I will read every single message (although it might be tough for me to get all of them considering the tens of thousands of people will read and see this).
Finally, I’d really appreciate it if you’d take a second to SHARE this with your friends and family.

Joe, Your message is powerful and spot on. I can’t has never existed in my vocab and it never will. Remember, The opposite of Faith is Doubt and most listen to doubt rather than keep the faith simply because they have not changed their mind set yet. Great message.
I also love how you tell everyone, “I love you”. I say it all the time and mean it. Those three words are seldom spoken anymore. I would tell my students that every day and many parents questioned my motives. People need to know someone loves them and many need to hear it. I do and I tell them so.
Call when you have a moment to talk as we are on the verge of a huge expansion that you will be excited about.
