Did you know that…
Anger increases your chance of a stroke…
Anger increases your chance of anxiety attacks…
Anger weakens your immune system…
Anger is highly linked to depression…
And finally, anger is one of the leading causes of not forgiving someone (or some group) who hurt you or did something that caused you pain.
Talking from experience, I saw how not forgiving someone who did me wrong many years held me back from God’s big plans for me.
Are you being held back due to anger and/or a lack of forgiving someone?

Thanks for a most appropriate, heartfelt, & much needed podcast Joe !! If we let a wrong get the best of us, it can & WILL consume us, as it happened in my life. I will spare anyone reading this, my story however, when I forgave the perpetrator that indirectly caused the death of a loved one, my stress level went to nearly zero & the relief was remarkable !! I got back to focusing on my family, work, etc., & GOD. “Forgive us of our trespasses as we forgive our trespassers”
Thanks again for sharing Joe, God bless !!
