Well, the first week of doing my Benjamin Franklin “13 Virtues” was an eye-opener…
If you missed that episode (you can see it here) I shared how I was going to emulate Ben Franklin’s famous system for self-improvement in my life.
The first week for me was “No negative thoughts, words, or deeds.”
But after a week of trying my best to eliminate these from my life, I quickly realized that I should have added the word “gossip” to this list as that is what I found myself getting caught up in the most.
