We’re living in some crazy times right now…
Some would say it’s natural to worry about the future…
Some would say it’s natural to be full of fear…
I disagree with both.
It’s natural to be cautious in times like these…
It’s natural to do everything in your power to protect your family.
But it’s not natural (or healthy) to worry or be fearful about something that hasn’t happened yet.
And it’s certainly not natural to lose sleep over something that hasn’t happened.
After struggling with daily anxiety for many years (which is all based on false fear), I know just how harmful fearing the unknown can be.
I know first-hand how dangerous worry can be.
It can cause illness.
It can make you feel like you’re losing your mind.
It can even kill you.
So in this episode, I break down how to eliminate some of the fear and worry in your life.
Enjoy.
