How To Fall Asleep In 10 Minutes Or Less Every Night
- By: Joseph Simonds

I used to have a lot of trouble falling asleep.
Anxiety would kick in…
I’d start breathing hard (which is the exact opposite of what your body needs in order to fall asleep)…
My head would start to get filled with negative thoughts convincing me that I’d never fall asleep…
Next thing you know, it’s two hours later and I’m still squirming, tossing, and turning.
Miserable.
Truth is, you can’t be the best version of yourself if you lack solid sleep.
And God wants nothing more than for you to be the best version of yourself.
So if you’ve struggled with sleep and you’re finally ready to get an amazing night’s sleep, then listen in.
WARNING:
What I’m going to share with you works. Period.
However, it doesn’t come free (you’ll have to invest in a really nice mattress and pillows), and it doesn’t happen overnight.
Listen in as I share what changed my sleeping game.

White noise is like a natural sedative. You don’t need a white noise machine, just play some over YouTube on your phone or iPad. I prefer the sound of crashing waves. Never failed me.
Joe, I loved this episode. I embrace your love of our God. Sleep has been elusive for many years for me. If you would please share with me your favorite mattress. I’m in the market. I don’t know how to do this in a public forum but maybe you can see my email from my membership. thank you.
