Here’s What Happened When Both Democrats & Republicans Put GOD First

It sounds tough to believe with everything going on in our world today, but not that long ago both Democrats & Republicans united around a common cause that was centered around God.
The cause was World War II and our government was UNITING us together to raise money for the war.
You see, back in the day our government couldn’t just print trillions of dollars from thin air.
Instead, they raised money from their citizens from things like war bonds.
And after spending some time on a site called Wallbuilders, I came to find out that the government (led by a Democratic president) was circulating war bond posters that actually had images, descriptions, and even text that signified we were fighting to save our rights as believers in God (and even Jesus).
Here are a few from the Wallbuilders site.
The result?
History shows that we came out of the war more united than ever (and with more people attending church than ever before).

I take comfort in the fact we are called to “fight the good fight” and not held to the results of the struggle.
God bless us all ! Loved it and agree 100% with you, we need to love one another no matter of beliefs, race, gender, or anything. I hate it also when people bash others like they have no skeletons in thier closets. For we shouldnt judge one another for we all will be judged by the almighty judge in the end. I have friends of all faiths and some with none and I love them all.

I also have been reading the Bible daily and this time gaining more insight than in the past times I’ve tried to read it from cover to cover. It is so refreshing to hear you talk so openly about God, in this day that is becoming more and more rare. Everything you are talking about I have been thinking and praying about. We need God back in our daily lives, and in our country so badly. After hearing your views I am even more excited to be in the Salt Strong Family.
