The chances of hitting a target that you can’t see are slim to none…
That means that in order to hit a goal or objective in life, you need to know what you are trying to accomplish.
Yet, why is it that most fishermen don’t have a target or goal in mind when it comes to their fishing?

Q1: What is it you want to accomplish in 2018 when it comes to fishing? (MUST BE VERY SPECIFIC)

- Win money in a fishing tournament
Q2: WHY do you want to accomplish this?
(examples)
- I want to out-fish my friend
- I don’t want to look bad in front of my family, co-workers, etc
- I HATE getting skunked
- I want to become a professional fisherman
- To start winning money in tournaments
- So you can quit your job and Fish full time
- To be able to teach your kids and other youth how to fish
Q3: WHAT is holding you back, standing in your way, or preventing you from accomplishing this right now?

Conclusion
If you want something in life, you must know what the end goal is.
Moreover, you MUST write it down.
It doesn’t matter if the goal is money related, job-related, relationship related, or even fishing related.
It’s conclusive that all of the BEST in any field have specific goals they are trying to reach.
Of course, writing them down is half the battle…
The other half is TAKING ACTION.
No matter how many times you write your goals down, you’ll never get there unless you take frequent action (even if it means super small steps every week).
Regardless if you get help from us here at Salt Strong or not, I urge you to invest in yourself when it comes to fishing (like online fishing courses, joining fishing clubs, seminars, etc).
Your kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids will thank you one day because it’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Joe to be perfectly honest with you I have already accomplished my goals for this year and for a long time to come by becoming a platinum member to salt strong a while back I have learned to accomplish fishing feats that I never thought possible before learning and studying your online coarse plus I had the privilege to meet and talk to a top pro in the inshore saltwater industry Capt CA Richardson when he came to my area of northeast fl the jacksonville area where he did a mini inshore class that I attended I will always be a member to salt strong because I believe in you guys you have helped me tremendously I have always been a pretty good angler but now I’m better then ever I recently took your trout red and flounder quizzes and scored 100 on the trout one 93 on the red one and another 100 on the flounder one all three are the fish here in the Jax area of florida that I pursue anyways the video was great keep up the great work and take care and godbless????
