Why You Can’t Out-Give God

Have you ever heard that you can’t out-give God?
I remember hearing this when I was in my 20’s and rolling my eyes.
I just didn’t get it.
Perhaps it’s that we’re all intrinsically a bit selfish (ask me how I know), or that it can be so hard to give during tough times (ask me how I know again), but giving graciously, naturally, and often doesn’t come easy for most of us.
But as I sit here looking at how far my wife and I have come from draining our entire savings down to almost nothing, it’s pretty evident how God played a big role in trusting us with more when we trusted in HIM.
I think the biggest issue most of us (including me) need to overcome with this giving mindset, is that just because you give/tithe doesn’t entitle you or guarantee that you’ll see it all come running back to you in spaids.
God still demands that you take MASSIVE ACTION (on top of trust and faith).
