The Happiness Illusion… Why So Many Americans Never Feel Fulfilled

Fishing for happiness…
That was the term that I came up with after looking back at a big chunk of my life where happiness seemed to be an illusion…
Instead of “catching” fulfillment, I was constantly in search of the next “quick fix” of happiness (usually in the form of money or how things made me look in front of my peers).
Looking back, no wonder happiness always seemed so fleeting… I never had a real purpose or a REASON WHY.
I ultimately wrote an entire book on the subject called, Fishing For Happiness (you can see it here on Amazon).
And in this special Unchurched episode, I break down some newer discoveries I’ve had about this illusion with happiness (that affected me for so many years).
Enjoy this episode and let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
