Very cool podcast ???? After 40 years of long distance trucking I decided the fun was gone, the money just wasn’t worth it anymore. Sold everything trucking related, real estate, the whole enchalada! Moved to the big bend area and decided I’m to old to be strangled by payments and a job I hate. I’ve always been an outdoor guy. Love fishing. Now that I’ve tried saltwater,,,, WOW! I’m hooked all over again. I work enough to support myself and my fishing addiction. I am reasonably happy with it. Will never be on his scale but there are a lot of folks who think my priorities are misplaced. lol. I just made up my mind I’m not going to be held hostage to a lousy job, and big payments. I’m going to enjoy myself doing what I enjoy most! Fishing. Between what I have learned on Salt Strong and from a good friend down Crystal River way,,,,, plus basic fishing knowledge over the years,,,,, I’ve gotten to be pretty fair at this. Not to mention all the time in trial and error ???? I’m still learning this salt stuff but loving it!
