Absolutely! I feel very strongly about this, and I’m glad you’re putting it out there. My wife and I made the decision (as a team) that it was best for her to stay home with our girls. Let me tell you that was a sacrifice, especially in the early years when both were in diapers and one on formula. They’re 11 and 9 now, and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.
There have been other hard choices along the way as well. It can be difficult to make a major life decision that flies in the face of our current culture. That’s why it’s important to think about what you believe in and bounce those decisions against that. If it goes against the culture, so be it.
