What should you be on the hunt for while flats fishing at low tide?
Low tide creates excellent opportunities for catching huge numbers of fish.

Water levels fall during low tide which means the fish are forced into deeper pockets for comfort.
They will still feed during low tide but you need to find those depth changes and potholes to get strikes.
If you find depth changes in the form of potholes, drop-offs, or ledges, odds are you’ll find the fish.
It also helps to cover lots of ground using a weedless presentation.
The grass on most flats will sit higher because water levels will be low.

Hey there! I use a garmin 94sv. I actuality found that ledge by sight as it was to small to be found on the graph.
